Every product follows the same four stages, owned end to end by Prime Enterprise Europe Ltd. Nothing is listed for sale until the first two are complete.
We work with established manufacturers that can supply full technical files, factory audit reports and consistent production.
Before a product is listed, its documents are checked against the rules for each market it will be sold in.
Orders are packed and dispatched with tracking to addresses across the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Our own team answers questions, arranges returns and handles warranty claims, and takes old electricals back for recycling.
Governance and compliance
Consumer electronics are among the most regulated goods sold online. We publish how we meet each rule so customers, partners and regulators can check.
A Declaration of Conformity is held for every product, covering electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
